The Friday, December 4th installment of the ITLA Fall Forum will focus on the where, how, and possible when of the return of jury trials in Ada County and throughout Idaho. The presentation will be led by Trial Court Administrator Sandra Barrios, Fourth District Administrative Judge Steven Hippler, and Ada County Clerk Phil McGrane.

Prior to joining the bench, Judge Hippler was a litigation partner at Givens Pursley, LLP.  In 2013, Judge Hippler was appointed to the district bench by Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter.  In addition to his civil and felony criminal calendar, Judge Hippler is the Administrative District Judge for the Fourth Judicial District. Judge Hippler is a member of the Idaho Supreme Court’s Rules of Civil Procedure Committee and the Supreme Court’s Jury Committee.
