Legislative Update - Week Ten

The legislature is beginning to wind down much of their committee work. Therefore, it is crucial that we continue to encourage the Senate Commerce & Human Resources Committee to schedule a hearing on S 1118.
Senate Bill 1118
would require underinsured motorist coverage to be excess coverage. This bill was introduced by Senator Peter Riggs, Senator Kelly Anthon, Representative Jason Monks, Representative James Ruchti, Representative Bruce Skaug, and Representative Rod Furniss.
Please keep the pressure on and let the Committee know your thoughts on their inaction of these bills.
