Cross-examination is one of the most exciting and challenging parts of trial work. Brush up on this critical trial skill at the 2021 Annual Meeting, Conference, and Seminar

In the presentation Of Drama Queens and Me-Monsters: The Revealing Art of Cross-Exam, Jessica Andrew will touch on issues like equipping the jury to set aside the witness narrative, maintaining control of the witness without alienating the jury, telling your story through the witness, and when and how to deploy an empathetic cross-exam.

Jessica Andrew is a partner with Lance Andrew, P.C. in Salt Lake City, Utah. Don't Wait to Register...

When you register, you'll have the option to chose whether you'd like to attend in-person or virtually. Due to changing state, county, and local health measures, there may be a limit on the number of in-person attendees we will be able to accommodate. If we must limit in-person attendance, we will do so based on the order of registration.

It is possible to be in person at the resort and still participate virtually from your hotel room if we must limit persons in the actual meeting room.
