Mary Barros-Bailey, PhD, CRC, NCC, CLCP, D/ABVE is a rehabilitation counselor, vocational expert, and life care planner. She teaches at the University of Idaho’s graduate rehabilitation counseling program, Capital University Law School’s life care planning program, and Winona State University’s Child Advocacy Studies program. Dr. Barros-Bailey was co-recipient of the 2018 Best Article in the Idaho State Bar’s The Advocate, received the 2018 Alumni Achievement Award (Middlebury Institute of International Studies), 2017 Outstanding Educator Award (Foundation for Life Care Planning Research), and 2016 Lifetime Achievement Award (International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals). She presents and publishes frequently nationally and internationally.
