The Idaho Supreme Court has changed dramatically in the last few years. From new justices to new cases, it can be hard to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in appellate advocacy.

That’s why we’re excited to have Idaho Supreme Court Justice, The Honorable Gregory Moeller, join us at ITLA 2019 Fall Seminar.

Learn more about Justice Moeller below and download the complete lineup of speakers and presentations.
Justice Gregory W. Moeller was appointed by Idaho Governor C. L. “Butch” Otter in April 2009 to be a district judge after 19 years in private practice. His resident chambers were in Madison County, but he presided throughout the ten counties comprising the Seventh Judicial. On November 30, 2018, Justice Moeller was appointed by Governor Otter to serve on the Idaho Supreme Court. He was sworn in on January 3, 2019, becoming the 58th justice of the Supreme Court. Justice Moeller is a frequent speaker on various legal topics across the state and has spoken at national conferences. Justice Moeller and his wife, Kathy, have been married for over 33 years. They have five children and currently six grandchildren.
