What do corralling pigs and discovery in bad faith have in common?

You’ll have to attend the 2019 ITLA Fall Seminar Friday, October 4th in Jackson Hole, WY to find out.

Hear from Gabe Haws and Daniel Bower, partners at Morris Bower & Haws, as they recount their experience trying a bad faith agricultural insurance claim which resulted in a multi-million-dollar verdict.

Learn more about Gabe and Daniel below, and download the complete lineup of speakers and presentations.

Gabriel “Gabe” Haws is a litigation and trial attorney. Since his arrival at Morris Bower & Haws in 2011, Gabe has built a robust practice specializing in personal injury and tort, employment, and commercial litigation. Prior to coming to MB&H, he worked as a Deputy Ada County Prosecuting Attorney where he tried felony jury trials, served as a trial team leader and gang unit supervisor. In his spare time, Gabe enjoys coaching his children in youth athletics and spending time in Idaho’s great outdoors.

Daniel Bower is recognized as a leading young lawyer and rising star, having already argued twenty-five cases before the Idaho Supreme Court and the Idaho Court of Appeals. His practice focuses on civil litigation. A former law clerk to Judge Stephen S. Trott of the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Daniel worked as a litigator handling complex commercial litigation for Ray Quinney & Nebeker.
