For immediate assistance please consult our FAQ page. If you're unable to find the answer you need, please call 737-201-2059 (M-F, 8am-6pm CT) or e-mail customer service.

We’ll check in with members on what they are seeing out in the field that concerns them – i.e., common challenges we are all facing that we can solve together.

We will also give an update about the Special Session Governor Little called for the Legislature. One of the topics to be addressed is COVID immunity legislation. We’ll talk about ITLA’s approach, review the legislation itself so you know what to expect, etc.

Finally, we’ll talk about the status of the UIM offset legislation. That legislation has been a high priority for our organization and we keep getting closer to passing a bill to prevent insurance companies from offsetting UIM coverage against 3rd party policy limits.
