Join Brittany Jones, RYT, for a morning yoga & pranayama session before attending the days events. Friday, June 16 it starts at 7:30 a.m. and Saturday June, 17 at 8:00 a.m. Pranayama is the regulation of the breath through certain techniques and exercises. You will experience quantum leaps in yoga and exercise with greater breath awarnesss, and not to mention the decrease of stress that comes with breath practice.
Beginners are welcomed and encouraged! This event is open to anyone. Please bring a yoga mat. If you do not have one, please contact ITLA and let us know.
Morning Yoga & Pranayama will happen in the Columbine Room which is near the long hallway in the Sun Valley Inn. Any of the Inn staff can direct you to it if you are having trouble. You do NOT have to be a guest at the Sun Valley Inn to attend.
Again, please bring a yoga mat with you. If you do not have a yoga mat, please contact the ITLA office so we can secure one for you.
ITLA will refund your money if you cancel by June 1, 2017. Substitutions are welcome.
